Peptide reconstitution calculator
Enter the vial strength and the volume of bacteriostatic water. It returns the concentration and what that means on a 100 unit syringe.
Reference only. This page covers what the compound is, how it is presented and how it is handled. It does not give dosing protocols or administration schedules, and it is not medical advice.
Reconstitution calculator
What it is doing
Concentration is the vial strength divided by the volume of solvent, so a 10 mg vial with 2 ml of water is 5 mg per ml. A 100 unit insulin syringe holds 1 ml, so one unit is one hundredth of a millilitre. At 5 mg per ml that makes each unit 0.05 mg, or 50 mcg. That is the whole calculation. Everything else on this page is the same sum shown a different way.
What it deliberately will not do
It does not suggest an amount to take. Vial strength and solvent volume are facts printed on what you are holding; a dose is not, and this is a reference page rather than medical advice.
